The company and industry-leading runners combine vacuum, fluid, automation and Internet technologies, take thermal control technology as the core, and use its strong R & D ability to provide high-temperature equipment solutions for customers with science and technology, which develops rapidly.

Yuzhi technology provides high-end material preparation and measurement solutions for new materials and new energy industries such as crystal, ceramics, metallurgy and storage. After several years of development, the company has a stable customer base, covering more than 100 well-known universities, research institutions and companies at home and abroad. We have established a deep-seated product market communication service system with professional portals, such as optoelectronics, equipment information network and China powder network.

At present, among our main products, the experimental special optical fiber winder system independently developed by Yuzhi technology, the high-temperature melt viscometer and the quartz lamp radiation insulation performance measurement equipment are all domestic and imported equipment. All kinds of muffle furnaces / tube furnaces, atmosphere furnaces, vacuum carbon tube furnaces, hot pressing furnaces, melting furnaces and other traditional products have excellent performances, and have been used in daily scientific research and experiments in universities and companies, and are widely used. It has been affirmed and recognized by many famous research institutions and universities such as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai University, Tongji University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of technology, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Sun Yat sen University.

At present, the company has 39 full-time employees, including 5 senior professionals and 4 doctors. Nearly 50% of them have bachelor's degree or above, and 16 R & D and technical personnel. Covering Electromechanical, chemical industry, metallurgical technology, materials, nuclear science and technology and other professional backgrounds.

So far, the company has applied for nearly 20 patents of each type, including 1 computer software copyright, 2 invention patents, 15 new utility model patents and 1 computer software copyright. Responsible for the technology innovation fund project for science and technology SMEs in the 2017 and 2019 science and technology innovation action plans of the Shanghai municipal government, with the theme of "laser heated pedestal method single crystal fiber circular optics" led by the company. "System preparation" won the 2019 A-level industry university laboratory cooperation training project in Jiading District, Shanghai.

In 2018, we established a high-temperature melt material performance measurement technology research and development center with Shanghai University. At present, we are considering high-temperature melt physical property measurement fields such as chemistry, glass, slag and other advanced physical property measurement technologies and means. Yuzhi technology is developing. It is also a member of the Shanghai rare earth society and the Shanghai Silicate Association.
