Vacuum tungsten wire furnace is a vacuum resistance furnace with tungsten mesh as heating element. It is an ultra-high temperature and high vacuum electric furnace for laboratory scientific research or industrial production. It can be widely used in: sintering high-purity ceramics into transparent ceramics; Melting and sintering of high melting point metals, alloys, ceramics and other materials; Brightening of some metals, degassing treatment, and determination of physical and chemical properties of metals and ceramics under high temperature and vacuum conditions.
The tungsten wire mesh heating body inside the vacuum tungsten wire furnace is designed with six piece cage, and the connection technology is approved by the patent. The heating body is designed with multi-layer labyrinth all metal tungsten and molybdenum heat shield, which greatly controls the heat leakage. The insulation layer designed by its proprietary technology can ensure the good uniformity of furnace temperature, small thermal field deformation and long service life.

3. The multi-layer labyrinth type all metal tungsten and molybdenum insulation screen structure design makes the insulation performance better, and can effectively isolate heat even at very high temperatures and save energy consumption;
4. High vacuum molecular pump system configuration, easy to obtain 5x10-4Pa vacuum system;
5. It is equipped with a charging and discharging system, which can quickly complete the replacement of the internal environment of the cavity in combination with the vacuum system.
