I、Product Introduction
1206 small vertical open tube furnace uses resistance wire as heating element, adopts double-layer shell structure and intelligent program temperature control system, controlled by silicon controlled, with high temperature control accuracy; The double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, which effectively reduces the surface temperature of the furnace shell; Combined with our standard vacuum and gas mixing system, it can pump vacuum and pass atmosphere; The furnace cover can be opened to reduce temperature rapidly, with reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The furnace body is in the vertical working position; It is suitable for universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises to do high-temperature atmosphere sintering, atmosphere reduction, CVD experiments, vacuum annealing, etc.
II、Main Function
1. KF fast flange seal is adopted, which only needs one clamp to complete the flange connection. It is convenient and fast to place and take materials, and avoids the possibility of air leakage caused by manual operation of bolt seal; The possibility of damage to the heating pipe due to the mounting flange is reduced.
2. The furnace cover can be opened, the heated materials can be observed in real time, and the temperature can be reduced rapidly to meet the experimental needs of sudden cooling and heating of materials.
3. The furnace adopts imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good thermal insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no impurity balls, high purity, and obvious energy saving effect better than domestic fiber materials.
4. The heating element adopts high resistance high-quality alloy wire 0cr27al7mo2, which is durable and can reach 1200 ℃.
5. Fast interfaces for vacuum and gas circuits are reserved, which can be used with our vacuum and gas mixing systems.
6. 485 conversion interface is reserved, which can be connected with the computer through our company's special software, and can realize the functions of remote control, real-time tracking, history recording, output report, etc. of single or multiple electric furnaces.
7. Automatic power-off when the upper cover is opened, over temperature alarm and power-off, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.
