I、Equipment introduction
The equipment is used for the melting, granulating, crushing, grinding, receiving and packaging of ternary LiCl-LiBr-LiF molten salt electrolyte.
The system is isolated and sealed with the glove box and the environment, which can ensure that the whole production process is carried out under closed conditions. The waste gas generated in the production process can be directly discharged after being pumped out by the vacuum pump and treated by the tail gas treatment device. It will not diffuse to the working environment.
The system adopts the integrated design of manual feeding, material bin and the left transition bin of the glove box. The materials brought by the screw mechanism will automatically enter the melting device, and the materials will enter the drum granulation device through overflow after melting. After cooling to room temperature, the material after melting and granulation is added to the crusher through the mesh belt conveyor, and then packaged and stored after grinding, crushing and screening. The designed capacity of the system is 9-10kg / h. at the same time, the system includes safety alarm and interlock devices such as over-heated and leakage to ensure safe and efficient production.

Pre-heating system |
1) Check the tightness of glove box; 2) Start the melting furnace, heat tracing insulation and other heating systems; 3) Ensure that the valves at the lower part of the feed bin and the magnetic fluid sealing parts are in good sealing condition. The constant temperature of melting furnace shall not be lower than 600 ℃. 4) Start the drum granulation and mesh belt conveyor, and confirm that the cooling system is in good condition

1) After the powder is manually loaded into the feeding bin, it shall be sealed. After air washing for three times, open the lower valve of the silo. 2) Start the screw feeding mechanism, and the preliminary design feeding speed is 10kg / h. Suspend loading 30 minutes after initial loading. 5kg molten salt begins to be pre-melted, and after 2h heat preservation, continue to load. |
