I、Product Introduction
This product is mainly used to measure the density, surface tension, primary crystal temperature and conductivity of high-temperature liquid samples. It is applicable to the measurement of high-temperature stable materials such as molten salt and metallurgical melt.
The traditional Archimedes method, also known as hydrostatic weighing method, is adopted for density measurement. It is the most widely used method in metallurgy, chemical industry, molten salt and other fields. The test results have high accuracy and good reproducibility. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with data processing software, which can automatically realize data collection, analysis and calculation without manual work.
This product uses the maximum bubble pressure method to measure the surface tension of high-temperature molten salt. The equipment is equipped with a high-precision imported differential pressure transmitter, which can accurately measure the pressure change in the capillary in real time. At the same time, the high-precision lifting device of the equipment ensures the accurate control function of the capillary depth, which ensures the accuracy of the surface tension results.
This product uses the step cooling curve method to test the primary crystal temperature of the sample. It is equipped with an imported multifunctional stirrer, which avoids the occurrence of supercooling during the cooling process of the sample, and the measurement result is more accurate.
The conductivity measurement adopts the most widely used method of continuously changing the conductivity cell constant in the metallurgical industry. The conductivity cell is equipped with high-quality hot pressed boron nitride material to avoid the error caused by sample polarization in the test process. The stability and reproducibility are significantly better than the commercially available four electrode conductivity tester.
