• 一、Equipment Introduction

    This equipment is an efficient and advanced vacuum composite material manufacturing equipment, mainly designed for vacuum sintered carbon carbon composite materials. The furnace can be heated, measured, controlled, and cooled without damaging the vacuum. The thyristor power supply selected for the equipment has the characteristics of stable output power, higher frequency than the natural frequency of the furnace, and high electrical efficiency. The equipment can be sintered at once Φ 1600X1400mm composite material.

    二、Equipment advantages

    1.The temperature measurement device consists of thermocouple temperature measurement and infrared temperature measurement.

    2.The thermocouple is driven by a cylinder to descend above the heating chamber, and the temperature is measured below 1400 ℃. When the temperature exceeds 1400 ℃, the infrared thermometer starts working to measure the temperature at high temperatures.

    3.The cooling water of the melting inductor in the water cooling system has a separate water temperature, water pressure, and water flow detection alarm device.

    4.The water collector contains a backup interface for use in abnormal situations such as water or power outages.
