    1. The vacuum system is mainly composed of a vacuum pump, connecting pipelines, and control valves. The system design is reasonable, with a small footprint and low vacuum.

    2.Compared with other equipment, the equipment has a fast pressure drop and can reach the required vacuum level within 30 minutes.

    3. The water cooling system is used to protect the sealing ring and prevent excessive temperature from affecting air tightness.

    4. The overall furnace shell is a double-layer structure, divided into inner and outer plates, with S-shaped ribbed plates welded in the middle to extend the water path and strengthen the water cooling function
